About booking a transfer

How do I make a booking on your website?

Our online booking service is very easy to use. Just choose the date, your departure – destination points, add how many people will be and whether you want one way or with return transfer. You will be guided step by step through the process of booking.

What information do I need in order to book?

Your personal details (name and last name) and contact info (phone number and email address) are needed in order to make a successful booking. Your flight number is needed as well if the driver picks you up at the airport.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you cannot find a route you want to book, please send us an email with all the details and we will find the best solution for you.

How do I pay for my transfer?

Our online booking system provides different kinds of payment such as debit or credit card through paypal with no extra charges. However the prepayment is not needed and you can always choose to pay the driver the amount in cash at the end of the transfer.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

If you want your transfer to have more than one stop, please send us your request via our contact form and we will answer you as soon as possible.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

At the time you have finished with your booking, you will receive promptly a confirmation email, which will contain the details of your reservation once it is confirmed.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

One luggage and a handbag per person. In case you need to bring more luggage, no extra charges will apply! However we need you to give us an early note, so we could arrange it.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

The driver will welcome you at the pick-up point holding a sign with your name on it.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In such a case, you must call us immediately on the mobile numbers available on the website.

How long will the transfer take?

It depends on your destination and traffic. If you would like a specific estimate, please feel free to contact us.
